Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Condition of items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels attached.

Non-returnable items: Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the item price (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
